Dr. Julieta Rushford-Santiago a native
of Puerto Rico, is a 1990 graduate of the University
of Massachusetts, Amherst, and 1994 graduate of Life
College School of Chiropractic, Marietta, Georgia.
Co-founder of RFCC and a veteran Network
Chiropractic practitioner, she has learned to
love Vermont winters.

Dr. Matthew Rushford is a 1993 graduate
of Life Chiropractic College. He has been practicing
Network Chiropractic for over 10 years, and is certified
in Basic and Advanced Levels of Network Spinal
Analysis. An avid outdoorsman, he has also grown
to love Puerto Rican cooking.
